Our Founder

Luke Handyside

Luke is the Founder & President of Block 14 Inc., which began in 2013 offering affordable housing in Sturgis, Michigan.

While growing Block 14 into one of the largest housing providers in Sturgis, Luke also served in management positions at one of the leading RV manufactures for the past 20 years.

Now focused solely on Block 14, Luke is using his years of experience in business and real estate to assist Sellers and Tenant/Buyers with WIN-WIN solutions that benefit everyone.
